The CGO is an affordable regional transgender conference for the Carolinas and surrounding states. All gender variant people, family, friends, and allies are invited to participate in what is sure to become an annual celebration in the heart of southern hospitality.

We are an ecumenical group of allies from a range of faith communities gathered to celebrate our diversity, and discuss ways to reach out to other faith communities, and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender (LGBT) people, and those questioning; welcoming them to the religion of their choice.

Our goal is not to promote one religion, rather to bring about healing between a marginalized community and what is perceived as organized religion. We wish to exemplify inclusive love by openly affirming the value of all people, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity / expression.
